We are a small family farm perched on the north facing slopes of Three Top Mountain in Ashe County, NC. Each winter we make only about 100 gallons of syrup in our wood-fired sugar house.
Our whole season’s syrup is released once a year in late winter, and our farm newsletter is the first to know.
